New authentication protocols from Motorola

In August 2023, Motorola introduced a new authorisation policy for activating and installing features in the DMR and TETRA series of radios. In order to activate a license, for example, the technician will need to first access the Motorola server, and then will be authorised to perform the task within the next 18 hours, or until the PC IP address changes.

The website that you need to visit is https://connect.motorolasolutions.com

You then receive an email with an one-time verification code that you need to enter within 5 min. on the webpage to be authorized.

If you login correctly, you will receive a message stating that you have been authorised for the next 18 hours.

If you have never been registered with an account at Motorola Solutions, you need to contact your Danimex Sales Representative who can create an account for you.
