IPSC Slot selector grayed out for repeaters using CPS version 16 Build 823

When reading an SLR repeater with CPS version 16, Build 823, the IP Site Connect slot selection dialog box is grayed out. The problem and resolution is outlined in the following Motorola bulletin:
