Password reset for Danimex fileserver

How to reset your password for the Fileserver
  1. Open your web browser and go to https://files.danimex.com
  2. On the login page, type your username in the designated field. (Your User name is not your Email.)
    - Click on the blue arrow button or press Enter on your keyboard.

  3. Click on “Forgot your password?”
  4. Enter your username again in the provided field.
    - Click on the “Send” button.

  5. Open your email inbox and look for a message from support@danimex.com.
    - Find the email with the subject “[files.danimex.com] - Reset password for your account”.
  6. In the email, click on the first link provided to reset your password.

  7. Enter your new password in the designated field and submit it.

  8. Return to the login page and enter your username and new password.
